I have purchased Nokia mobile phone supernova 7610 from mobile stores in Aundh on 25th Dec 2008, the very thrid day of the purchase of the moible there was problem of volume in the handset.I want to shopkeeper explained the issue they kept mobile for more then a week, then there was issued with the there was issues with the battery was not getting charged,then very next month there was issue with the loudspeakers not functioning,headset was replaced and software was changed in the handset several times, memory issues was there, headset was not functioning properly which was changed put still it is not functioning propely, we have taken are mobile to Nokia care in Aundh for more then 8-9 times have also explained the issues what every we are facing still no improvement is there, we have a new issues everytime with this handset, i think i have wasted my 10,919.00/ Rs. on this handset. I have also requested Nokia to replace the handset there is no responds from there side,in Nokia care Aundh i have spoken to higher authorites and have taken their email Id tell them what issues we are facing with the mobile phone there Id were given wrong.i need some solution on this,these big compaines dont have values to there customers money this what i think from this senerio. please give me some solution.I need my refund or new Handset.
