I am Chanchal Das, a “Reliance Smart GSM” Customer of Kolkata circle, my cell no is 9681053033. I have a Complain against their service. On 09.01.2010, I have recharged my cell with Rs 111/- (It was a full talk time top-up), but I was surprise to see that only Rs. 0.01 has been credited to my account. After that I called to the customer care executive of “Reliance Smart GSM” service and they told me that, now Rs 111/- top-up has been changed to a validity voucher (For the last few years it was a full talk time top-up). But I haven’t received any message about this change, and my retailer also doesn’t know anything about it. Therefore I have requested them to inform the entire customer through the SMS about this change.
According to my knowledge, till now they are not informed to anyone about that. I have received lots of messages per day from “Reliance Smart GSM” for subscribing the different services, but I don’t know that why they doesn’t send messages for this change.
I think it is done intentionally for making a huge profit by this way. Because lots of customers like me always use the full talk time voucher of Rs 111/- for a long time, but now if they recharge with this voucher then the total amount will be forfeited because there is no chance for refund of money (according to the Reliance Smart GSM Customer Care Executive).
