Mobile Service centre – delay in servicing phone

I’d given my phone for repair on 29th of October, and I was asked to collect it after 15 working days, however, it’s already been a month and I don’t have any clue where my phone is or how long it will take. Every week I call, I get a reply “collect ur phone next week”. It’s very frustrating and unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve it ASAP. I’m paying 500 Rs extra making charges (which should not be the case, as most of the leading companies don’t charge users for any making or whatever) and not getting the phone at time. After a month’s time I received the estimation call, and was asked for Rs 2900, initially it was Rs. 2700 when I handed it over to the service center. I’m paying 700 extra to get the LCD fixed, as when I confirmed with the service center they quoted 2200 for LCD. Waste of my time and money.

I had to buy a new phone as it took more than what they said. And it’s really frustrating, I dont have have my phone, already spent 3k and will need to spend more to get it back and its going to be one and a half month.

I want the refund and my phone ASAP.
