Honourable Sir,

I purchased moible sim of Rs. 103 and talk value Rs. 203 and validity 406 days on 15.03.2009 in connection with my son Prateek Pareek birthday gift ( He purchased 3G Mobile for his Savings and purchase cost of Rs. 6850 ).

After 3 hours I dialed *123 the balance is 203 Rs. and validity provided but outgoing facility not provided by BSNL. I contact SIM Vendor, he said some sim not working properly. After some days I dialed *123 the moible shows talk value Rs. 0 and validity expired on 26-03-2009. I emailed regularly to BSNL which are as follows:

Sir,

I am writing so many emails you in connection with Mobile No. 9462229791. The last date of SIM (as per Mobile) expire on 26-03-2009. The Plan is 103 Rs and validity 406.. days and talk value is 203. Please give reply otherwise I go in TRAI.

On 19-03-2009 I contact to Sim Vendor i.e. in my mobile Talk value is 0 and last date for recharge is 25-03-2009. Please give reply otherwise I lodged FIR/Complaint against BSNL or SIM provider. The SIM provder Telephone No. is 0141-2355600, 2358500 & mobile No. 9413333242 Vendor Shop at Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (Kanishka System Stores Pvt. Ltd.)

I again say that I purchased this sim for my son Prateek Pareek for purpose of his Birthday and gifted mobile on this occasion. But I am very sad for your poor service.

Please give me reply urgently otherwise I complaint higher authorities.
