i ordered the wammy passion x phone from their website. the phone was not in sealed box and already having the soft protective cover inside which i ordered separately. the white back of the phone was badly scratched. batterey of the phone though had sticker showing 2500mah but after testing from android app was found to be having only 1000mah capacity. phone has thus very less battery backup. also the call volume is very low even at max output. i reported tree issues to them on their website three times but no reply was given. i posted the issue on their fb page ,after that one of their so called high court lawyer mr sudhir kumar having number 09167432259 called and threatened to remove the posts from my time line and on tier page or else they will file defamation case and i will have to spend rs 15 lakh or so in mumbai high court. they have not responded my e mail yet. the company also has many issues like they don’t reply/ acknowledge the registered email id while ordering and no sms to phone to not have any proof of order.

the comany to be taken up in relevant law and mr sudhir kumar with the phone no 09167432xx also to be taken up under the relevant law. i should be paid rs 700000 for the metntal agony and the cost of the phone and loss of work
