mobilestore.in – Product not received unable to contact

Its been more than 1 week since i ordered my sony xperia C smart phone from the mobilestore.in website.This is really really embarrassing.Whenever i call to their customer care number,it will say “please hold the line as we are transferring the call to customer care executive”.Not only that my balance has been deducted for each minute(since it is semi toll free) when i called to that number.I dont know what kinda customer care are they maintaining. Also I sent 3 mails to their official address wecare@themobilestore.in.No repliey from their side.I am screwed.Worst service i have ever experienced.

I need to know the status of my purchased item.if they can deliver it.please do so.or otherwise i need a full reimbursement.I spent all my time in their stupid website.If you people can file a case against them,please do so.Because i dont want any other person to get in trouble.
