I have recharged my mobile from Mobiletopup.co.in my no. of M.T.N.L (9868301xxx) with Rs.1650.00 on the date of 17/11/2014, the order id is MTP17118888 and the amount has been debited from my account but the recharge was not successful, i have called many times to the customer care no. i.e 9266673xxx they didn’t received my call, but after trying many times they answered me that the team has not been able to recharge my no. and they will refund my amount same on the account type that has been debited. They have not replied me about my refund. For proof i am attaching the screen shot of mail So, i request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.
