I purchased micromax a25 smarty mobile phone on 19th november 2012 but on the second day the phone got hanged and its memory card feature not working then i submitted it to the micromax service center at govindpuri new delhi (m/s s.r.communication) but they were not able to repair it so they told me that phone will be retained and it will be send to the company for pc board change then from then its 3rd jan 2013 now and i dont have any clue ,where is my mobile the service center guys not picking phones and my phone is not returned to me yet my jobsheet no is N030719-1212-2382568 kindly help me

The phone costs 3600 rupees but i have spent almost 500 rs on the transportation because i need to go to the service center to know whether my mobile repaired or not because they not recieve my calls and also micromax does not reply to my emails

I want my mobile back in good condition or else micromax should refund my money
