I booked a car with Modern Automobiles last year in Oct-12 wherein sales representative visited my office and finalized the deal regarding the color, free accessories to be given and rate. To my utter shock and surprise the white color car instead of silver was handed over. When I resisted on the same, they showed their helplessness and under compulsion had to take the delivery of the car. At the time of taking the keys I pointed out spotting on rear back of the car and top, but since it was night around 9pm, they told me that it is not a spot and is a pigeon shit.. In the morning when I saw the same, it was a paint issue and a defective car was given to me fraudulently by the agency. I was told that a free car body cover will be given as an free accessory but same was also not given and when I register the complaint at the time of feedback call, no concrete action taken by the agency on the persons. At 6000 kms I complained about noise from front and uneven ride due to tyre issue, but due to one reason or the other the issue was suppressed by the agency. On Sunday, 1-Dec-13 i got my vehicle inspected from outside agency to understand the actual problem, I again I was shocked to note that the tyres in my vehicle were not good and further my car which i bought in Oct-12 were having 4 tyres made of May-2011 period and 1 tyre was made of 2010 period. How come it is possible that a new car is placed with 1-2 years old parts. Today I got my two tyres replaced at my own cost which is Rs. 55000 from the tyre company as I didn’t wanted to risk my life. The entire series of events has pointed of repeated series of misconduct and gross ambiguity in my case and I request for justice and help from the honorable agency for the mental agony, pain the dealership has given. Also an exemplary punishment may be pronounced so that no other customer faces the same pain, harassment as I have undergone.

I want dealership to change my car as from day 1 they have breached the promises and the car is giving multiple problems and same can be evaluated from the service record of my vehicle.
