I gave 3 Suits and 1 Jacket for dryclean on 19 Oct. I received a bill of Rs. 560. I returned on 26 Oct to collect the garments and they took back that bill. I asked for a receipt for the payment and they declined saying there is no receipt given. They are saying they always collect back the receipts and do not give any receipt to customer.

I would like the dry cleaners, M/S 9Z Drycleaners and others in the area, to be instructed to issue receipts to everyone. They should make an entry in their garments delivered book or issue a duplicate receipt as possible , in order to make up their book keeping, but it should be mandatory to issue receipts.
