Sir, This is to inform you that, “we Resident of RITURAJ ENCLAVE developed by M/s Ma Batai Chandi Construction “have committed several facilities during sale of the flats to all the purchasers. The following are the commitment in writing from them: 1. Completion Date along with formation of association and handing over the premises to the association. 2. 24 hours Municipal corporation water supply with the help of strong water pump & reservoir. 3. Lift facility 4. Sufficient Parking Facility. 5. No commercial activity with in the residential premises. 6. Proper waste management system. 7. 24 hour security system. Now, they are denying in providing above mentioned facility and intentionally delaying the project. Also the premises become the common place of promoter unknown anti social elements. 8.They are also not registering the flats to other purchaser because they have threat that they have to handover the flats to the owners & thereafter their ownership will be on stake.
