There are 2 types of grievances: 1. Charging extra/additional amount The builder M/S SPR Buildtech Ltd has charged additional amount then agreed at the time of handing over the possession and now not agreeing to refund the same..relevant documents are sent and provided to builder but not agreeing to same. 2. Deficiency in service there is defecieny in service as well, as agreed items in flats are still not provided and quality of items provided are also bad…builder is not agreeing on this as well.

Please get the refund of additional amount charged from me by the builder and also get the items and service as agreed/required.
