My Father purchased a Flat in March 2012 from M/S UNITECH in their scheme UNIHOMES-3 at Sector 113 in NOIDA, through Real Estate agent M/S CITI Propmart,NOIDA. M/S CITI Propmart promised to pay to us 2% (Rs. 83140)of Basic Cost on as discount from their side. The amount was payable to us when we make the 40% payment to M/S UNITECH. A written credit note to this affect was given to us on 21.03.2012 which was addressed to my father Mr. Rajnish Arora. Unfortunately, M/S CITI Propmart is not making this payment to us despite our paying 40% to UNITECH more than a year ago. We have contacted the Dealer through their Manager (Sales)Mr. Naim Ahmed at least 30 times but he keeps on giving false assurance.

Simply the money which was promised to us through Documented Credit Note i.e. Rs. 83140/-. Plus interest of one year (From the date of our first claim up to the payment of money by M/S CITI propmart.
