Dear sir/madam, I have been an MTNL broadband user since Mar 2012 It worked properly for a few days after my subscription and soon provided modem got faulty. I complained at MTNL Customer service several times but i got no positive response. From the last 21 months, my broadband connection is not working . Even phone lines go graveyard when our local electricity supply gets interrupted. My MTNL no. is 011 25314109. I have already complained to Area Manager (Mr Aggarwal, Cell No. 9868137XXX)2012 and 2013 mr. mohinder pal & chopra ji, customer care but i got no positive response. My business is suffering drastically due to bad services provided by MTNL as the business needs regular broadband connectivity.
