Dear sir I’m writing this mail to you because Nobody is listening my appeal. I had applied for new MTNL connection on my Father’s Name MOHD HALIM in November and December but that time The cable was damaged now the cable has been repaired, I don’t know when because they didn’t inform me .Now when I asked to the cable man he said your DP 556 is Not working it’ll take one day or few hours, go to the SDO asked to repair but the SDO (ASOLA Sanchar HAAT)is still not in the condition to give me a connection he said it’ll take 1 ½ months I don’t know why? I guess he thinks this is a single complaint that’s why he is not doing anything. Please sir help me and give some instruction to him provide me a connection as soon as possible. I had a too much patience but now I don’t because it already has taken more than 9 months.so either he will refund my money or he will give me connection. NOTE:- Nobody in MTNL is replying my mail even the GM of my area.Please sir help I’m the citizen of India.I’ve the right to ask my government why government sectors are working like this.After this mail if i’ll get no reply then i’ll feel shame that i’m part that country(INDIA) where everybody is corrupt.If its not like this then prove it.
