Sir, I lodge a complaint MTNL about the not working of my telephone (22421xxx) and internet. three month ago telephone set was installed at our residence. It has been a problem right from the day of its installation. It is most of the time dead , I do Complaint on 17th Jan 2015 with docket number 1267 on it is closed without resolving it and Broad band complaint number 610145 and i also do again complaint with docket number 5 on 22th jan 2015 for telephone. It is hoped that you will take prompt action to redress our grievance.
