Broadband service provided on my telephone 28033777 is facing trouble for past few months. Even after registering complaints on IVRS and voice complaints, no one addresses the concern.

Speedy redressal of the problem and also, I have been paying the broadband religiously, which should be compensated. It can be verified from MNTL’s end how well the service is functioning, as once an official mentioned that the problem exist from the Exchange end.
