Hello, My MTNL landline number is 28124766. I have placed a request to shift address for this number in the first week of December 2012. It has been more than a year and I am still waiting for the line to be connected at my new property. I have even sent complain email to the higher authorities of MTNL regarding the same, but no progress. Everytime I am given new stories and even billed. The reason they give is that there is no main cable laid to my property and it includes investment in lacs. Once when I went to them and told that its very inconvenient to go to cyber and check mails. On this the lady at the window told me to continue going to cyber till the cable is laid. Please help.
