My MTNL Landline no & broadband connection is dead since last 3 months & I am continuously following up with Mr. Audhani from MTNL Mumbra office in thane district. He is not even attending my calls & nor giving me any solution. He is very careless about the services provided to the customers. Would request you to please resolve my query as soon as possible as we are not able to receive any calls from our relatives & friends.

Due to connectivity issue we are Not able to get in touch with our relatives & missed important msgs from our relatives since last 3 months. I just wanted to resolve my connectivity issue & also would happy if you can speak to that Audhani on his number & take legal action.
