my telphone no.26881451 is not working since july 2013. i have lodged complaints through ivrs, but nothing is happeinig. i have also taken broadband connection and therefor cannot use internet also. despite three complaints, there is no body to listen to my complaints. even the online complaint lodging software mandatorily required as per direction trai is not working. i fear they will charge telephone rental for this month while they have not rectified the problem even after 15 days of lodging the complaint. i request you to take up the matter with mtnl authorities and restore my dead phone. i feel the mtnl staff is in connivance with private service provider deliverately harass the consumers.

1. restoration of my telephone services immediately. 2. waiver of my bill charges for this month july-2013. 3. enhancement in the consumer friendly atmosphere. 4. the opening of online complaint lodging system as per direction of trai.
