I ordered for a wi-fi connection on 22nd august, 2013 online by just leaving my number on their website, “mtnldelhi.in”. I received a call back next day and one of their person came to my house on 24th aug 2013, collected my documents & Rs. 500 as advance. i also have a receipt of Rs. 500 taken by MTNL emlloyee. Since then I am waiting for mtnl to find the time to give wi-fi connection to me. MTNL customer care executive refuse to take my complaint on phone, their website does not have an option to register complaint for people who are yet to get any telephone number from them. I have called numerous people of mtnl including the person who took the money, and all of them say this delay is normal and there is a lack some component necessary to install broadband. Being a customer, I am not bothered about any of their constraints. I want my connection or my Rs. 500 back with an apology note. My original booking number is 73361090. But now inexplicably their customer care says my OC Number is 18451 and booking date is 16th September which obviously is wrong.
Either connection or Rs. 500, but along with an apology note that they could not provide me with WiFi connection even after so many days of booking.
