I have installed MTNL landline phone with internet last year. From the beginning, it works for 10 days within a month. I continuously paying my bill with a hope that the services will be get better. For the last three months, i am not using internet facility because the phone is dead and no data is coming. i booked complaint online on 22.07.98 but till date no action is taken. Please do the needful at the earliest.
The phone and internet connection be rectified soon and the bill, which was paid by me, be reimbursed after detecting the usage allowance, say, the actual data used by me from the installation time.
