I am haveing a problem with my internet connection . As soon as my wi-fi connects my router my router restarts . I am having this problem since the connection was installed . i filed alot of complaints but from the MTNL office there is no response . They are not sending any of their technicians to resolve the problem . the connection was installed before three months . the people of the MTNL office say that they’ll send their worker in the evening but there has been many evening since the last three months . i’m still waiting for that evening where i can access my internet and wi-fi properly . Just because of this i din’t submit my last MTNL bill and its still due . It would be highly appreciated if i get my problem resolved . Thanks and Regards , Karanendu Banerjee.

I want that someone should come and check my connection and resolve the problem so that i can access my internet properly . My internet line should get checked once and if there is any fault then it should be replaced . Thanks
