From June 2014 till Jan 2015 have been experiencing deficient MTNL Triband services. The internet connection lasts for few minutes before getting disconnected again. Have made several complaints over phone/ on their website/ through email to higher authorities/on MTNL facebook page, but their response is pathetic. The various reasons provided by their staff are as below: 1. You will not get proper internet connection because it is rainy season 2. You wireless router is faulty(and it ws a brand new provided by themselves) 3. There is wiring faulty 4. You better switch to other operator(said by one of their staff) Finally after several follow up through complaints & even visiting the MTNL exchange I was forced to switch over to other brand internet service and have surrendered by my triband connection. Each time MTNL provided assurance of complaint resolution but non of their staff showed minimum competence to do the same. Till date have paid 556 rs per month for 6 months of deficient services because in case the bill is not paid they might have disconnected my land line also. My plan is 450 combo plan with 2gb free usage. Here is my monthly consumption from June to Jan. June14= 2052MB July14= 1663MB Aug14= 1195MB Sep14= 480MB Oct14= 189MB Nov14= 17MB Dec14= 1MB I now expect refund of my bill paid for services NON UTILIZED due to provider’s default and pro rated amount can be calculated for refund. pls. note this is the second time I was forced to surrender MTNL Triband connection due to deficient services.
Expect justified refund of bill paid for deficient services.
