Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rupesh kumar jha. I had contacted MTNL for Broadband services. After 3 days, MTNL authorised people came to my home and he took my ID proof, residential proof. I gave him 500 rupees as my plan and he gave me cash receipt. But After 2 days, MTNL engineer came to my house and he told me “we can not give you MTNL broadband service due to fesibility not supported”. He told me also, “you should test feasibility before applying new connecttion”. Plz tell me, its our responsibility to test fesibility ot its service provider.
