Despite the fact that MTNL tower is very close to my home and despite the fcat that I am always on a very high network intensity zone, I often don’t get optimum speeds on 3G networks. I have paid up for the Data Plan and have sufficient amount of data left o enjoy an uninterrupted flow of data. Further, I tried calling their customer care but to my dismay, I don;t find it connecting to the centre at all. Low speeds are more common on weekends.
have tried transacting via my Debit card and I am right now in a debt of Rs. 2,000 for their connection snapped. I have to use Cyber cafes to fill forms, take leisure on social networking sites and all for the fact that I have paid such a high amount to have a 3G connection for personal use. I also tried to fill a form of one of the competitive exams and their connection snapped. Unfortunately, the form was incomplete and from thereon even if I try to fill a fresh form, I get an error message stating that I have filled my form when in reality it never could get submitted and me receiving no acknowledgement in this connection.
I need them to pay for all this. I further need a refund of what I paid to them.
