Hi, Sir I am a customer of MTS prepaid kolkata. My phone number is 9143205038. On 18th december 2013 MTS deducted Rs. 25 from my account without any proper notification and reason. After contacting to Customer care agent he told that it is for some value added service activated in my account. Which is not true. Nothing is activated in my account. The CC agent is refused to refund my money because I made the complaint after 24 hrs. Then I contacted MTS Appelate authority. He first registered a complain. Complain no DEC/16347. But soon he closed the complain. Because of same fake reason. I made the complain after 24 hrs. But the same thing happen with me earlier. At that time also I made the complain after 24 hrs. At that time MTS refunded my money. Why not now? As a customer should I check my mobile balance every now and then because MTS can deduct my money any time and I have to make complain for that within 24hrs. Else my money will not be refunded. Is it a valid and normal reason? I didn’t get any proper justification and help from customer care, Appellate authority. I also didn’t get any proper reply from Chief Customer Service Delivery Officer. For your convenience I am attaching an earlier conversation where it is shown that MTS refunded my money though I made the complain after 24 hrs. I also attached the recent conversation with MTS Appelate authority where they refused to refund my money
1) I want my money( Rs. 25 ) to be refunded into my account as main balance 2) I want assurance that in future this type of incident will not occur again
