This is with regard to MTS Data Card No.8453159xxx. I purchased MTS internet data card by paying Rs.1500/-. Under the monthly plan of Rs.700/- to do my official work at home and the same was activated on 20.07.14. For the first month the card worked and the speed was in the range of 500 to 800 Kbps whereas it was promised that the data card would in the speed upto 9 mbps. From 16.08.14, the speed dropped to 100 Kbps and from 20.08.14, the data card stopped working. I have registered complaint on 23.08.14 (Compliant No.AUG/10507). On continuous follow up with the customer care, the technician came to my residence on 27.08.14. After examination, it was informed that the connectivity issue has been resolved, but the speed issue is still exists and the concerned team would resolved the problem within 2 days. On 28.08.14, I received a message saying that the speed issue has been resolved. Where the problem still existed and no body had attended the problem. Again on 28.08.14 I registered another complaint (Complaint No.AUG/12815) with regard to connectivity and speed issue. On first week of September, one of your technician visited my house and informed that the data cord is not working since the MTS tower in my area is down and once the tower problem is resolved, he would come and clear the connectivity as well as speed issue within span of one week. In contacted the customer care several times but the problem was not resolved. Till date i.e. 19.09.14, there is no response from the concerned technician nor from your customer care. I have given a written complaint in this regard to MTS Customer Care and also to MTS APPELLATE KARNATAKA. But no body is ready to resolve my problem. On 17.9.14 I have received a message saying that I have to pay bill of Rs.1252/- whereas I the data card is not working from 20.08.14 to 19.09.14 for almost one month. The compliant No. AUG/12815 has not been closed yet. I had purchased the date card. I have suffered a lot since you are unable to provide proper service properly; I have faced lot of mental and physical agony. Moreover, I have also put additional investment on other internet service provider to get the internet service for past one month. I have waited for over a one month to get the problem resolved but with no results. I have sent a mail on 19.09.14 to MTS Customer Care with a requested to disconnect the service. Since it is affecting my work severely, I have already switched over to another internet service provider. Keeping all the facts in mind I request you file a compliant with consumer court and help me in getting back Rs.1500/- paid for the data card
I want to get back my investment of Rs.1500/- on data card. I want to get back my Rs.2000/-which i have made towards getting internet connection from other service providers for one month. I want to waiver of two months bill since I was unable to use the data card.
