MTS has deactivated my data card which they are not reactivating after repeated requests. They told me it will take 14 hours after I requested for the first time but they didn’t activate and when I called the next time they said you will need to file another request which will take another 24 hours to process. My data card no: 8459282xxx. My Name: Karan Baluja. Please look into my problem. Thank you.
I want my connection to be reactivated as it’s hurting my everyday work which is done mostly over the internet.
