i purchased mts mblaze ultra datacard over mts website online.there was an offer of 10 gb data bundled usage for 1 month. but after activation i got just 1gb data.when i talk to customer care about this,they told me that the balance data will be uploaded in 24 t 36 hrs. but after 7 days of activation & various call/emails,there is no action in this regard.i am just getting assuarnce for the last 7 days.my data card no is 9136557211.
i just want this to be sorted out on priority basis & asap
