MTS – Defective Product Faulty information

Mblaze ultra never shows my balance remaining . It keeps on consuming data and doe snot show me the data remaining. My complaint was registered to customer care and they were to take action within 12 hours but no action was taken. Below message is always shown as in image.

Faulty and misguided information hampers my monetary resources. I dont know about the day for recharge and my balance remaining due to which my recharge of Rs 1000 will be wasted soon.

i just want to replace data card with new one as it is having technical issues and compensation for a month (if Possible).
