MTS – internet services were barred Bill was raised according to higher rental

This Refers to my request no 1458983 dated 14 nov. for plan change on my MTS no 9667989352 , from 1899 to lower rental 700 Approx unlimited and the same was confirmed by customer care officer that the new plan will be effective from 1 dec. The request not processed due to MTS technical Issue. The internet services were barred and The Bill was raised according to higher rental. I have paid for device and there was no excess data uses.

If i can not use the device ; MTS Must buy back the device and must give the compensation of 50,000.
