Sir i was using MTS wifi plug in device. Since march 9 2015 i was facing issue regarding hi speed data. As per my plan i was getting 5gb day and 5gb night hi speed data and after that unlimited 2g data which is slow speed. Since march i was not getting hi speed data during day time due to which my work got hampered. I didn’t complained thinking that my data was used. Though i was getting slow data but that was of no use. My billing cycle started from 16 march again but still same slow speed data was coming during day time. I complained on 20 march. They said my day hi speed data is over. I said it is not possible as only one phone i am using. They didn’t registered my complaint. I send email to appellate of delhi mts but they didn’t provide the data instead charged me bill. After several emails no resolution has been made and they started doing recovery for bill. I was getting cal from recovery agent. Now they have filed a court case against me for recovery. I have made payment as of now but they have cheated me and didn’t provide services. Kindly help.
