MTS MBlaze Broadband Data Usage Problems

MTS MBlaze MDN no -8453193930 Mob no 974XX57536 Complain ID : jan/5776 Ticket was closed by saying that you have crossed your usage limit i.e 5gb(day time ) but same day i talked with customer care and representative said i have 3.7 GB data left in my account and he reopened the ticket — Again same ticket was get closed by saying that my mobile was switched off they have tried to call me (my mobile was never switched off and by giving this excuse you cant close my complain ) jan/6871: Again one more complain i had a Talk with senior person he told me my problem will be get resolved in a day he also conformed that i have 3.7 gb data left for day usage , Some technical person called me and ask me to browse YouTube then he told me he was getting logs and i can resume my normal work.

This Ticket was get closed by saying that user is getting 2.5mbps speed and in reality i was getting 0.2kbps speed jan/8223: One more complain ID and Time finally some back end changes done by your people and called me and said you have exhausted your day usage and ticket got Closed My question : – Why two Time two different people said i have data (3.6GB ) in my account and ticket was closed by saying data usage over. – I have not used in day time from past 20 days because google.in takes 2 minute to open – Why i should pay for this month Note : attaching a audio which i have talked with customer care he has clearly mentioned i have data 3.6 GB in my account and ticked was closed by saying i have consumed all my high speed data.

I want this should not happen to anyone else and i don’t want to pay for this month as my official work got affected my salary also
