MTS MBlaze Data Card Speed – Consumer Review

I Harish Sharma, have purchased the MTS Blaze Data card Services from MTS with the DataCard No: 9150249788. MTS has promised to give speed upto 9.8MBPS till 40 GB. For the first month I was getting decent speed till 4 MBPS. but since August 10, My Speed has been dropped to 800 KBPS. I have complained to MTS Customer Care on 18th August with Complaint No.: AUG-7032, couple of follow-ups for this incident but it has been closed stating that I was not reachable. I raised the issue again with the complaint no.: AUG-10526, which is also closed stating “Information Provided”. with end number of interactions with MTS Customer Care, they agreed to raise an complaint on 11th September with Complaint No.: SEP-3892, which is still open till date with no solution. Whenever I contact customer care, they mention that it is with Network team and they will call back. No one called back. Since it has been morethan 45 days with no solution to the issue and with prompt payment without delay, my issue has not been addressed yet.

I want the standard speed without any deviations and the service which I get charged for and the waiver for the consequences I face after changed to this Data card network.
