1) Speed not more than 1 MBPS 2) DNS error lot of times. Website take long time to open or sometimes page cannot be displayed. 3) When using the modem using dailer I manually changed the DNs and it works fine with respect to website resolution and not speed. Speed also depends on multiple factors like the website content, number of users logged in at a particular time interval, location where the services been used, system configuration etc. My comments I Meant the wireless modem option provided by ZTE AC3633 and not by MTS. The DNS cannot be edited when i login into portal 192.168.1.1. The DNS is chosen by default and seems to be MTS DNS. This DNS is not good one sometimes www.google.co.in cannot be translated and gives the DNS error. This has nothing to do with your wireless service and also no of users of the website. REPLY FROM MTS We would like to inform you that we have gone ahead and checked your account records and found that you are already getting a decent speed (1 – 1.5 Mbps) through which you can open all websites without buffering. Hence, we request you to use our services. My comments Buffering is always there With the Advertisement and promoting the Sales of 9.8 Mbps I do not call 1.5 Mbps a decent one. Its 1/6 the speed of what it is advertised. I have seen people saying that they are getting 4Mbps on the forums. . I would say for the Ad MTS shows and promote in MTS stores a speed of 3-3.5Mbps can be called a decent one. Please let me know if you can rectify this DNS option in Modem to Be edited in WIFI sharing mode of ZTE modem(AC3633 not your WIFI for your Kind information) via link 192.168.1.1 .

More repeaters/towers to be installed to enhance the Speed to atleast 203Mbps against promised upto 9.8 mbps Upgrade the firmware of device to allow users to set the DNS in the WIFI mode option Change the speed mentioned in the Advertisements of 9.8Mbps to upto 3-4Mbps
