Sir, I bought MTS MBlaze Mobile Broadband dongle from above mentioned dealer 1 week back. It supposed to be activated within two days. If I call MTS call center they are giving me assurance that service will get activated by end of day. But it is not yet activated.It seems MTS running online fraud without having sufficient infrastructure to support their promises.Could you please look into matter.

I demand a Refund of money paid i.e Rs 1000 and Free Dongle for the harassment as a consumer I have underwent.
