I bought in Sep. 2014 MTS Mplaze Ultra WiFi dongle from MTS with Unlimited 40GB with min 3.2 MBPS Speed, First 2 months i got High speed and i paid bill on time but after 2 months speed reduced to 70kbps 2G, Many Time i complained customer care but every time they said that your complaint will be resolve soon you are facing problem because of jigh utilization in your area, now till date my complaint did’t resolve by MTS and my Connection disconnected by MTS Data Card No.- 8459974306 Complaints Details- NO SPEED 1

I Want full waive off of no service period take back your Data Card 1499/- if you can’t provide me service as you promised and advertised and give me compensation because of loose my money and clients
