MTS WiFi Disconnecting Very Often

I have purchased MTS WiFi Data card (3G) 1 month back. Till now it was slow, but I haven’t complain. 1st week of this month, the MTS software got updated automatically and next day onward it was showing “Disconnected” continuously. on 10th I have given complaint, they said 22 working hours to resolve and same has been sent as message. Next I called them and they said that said 22 working hours not yet completed. after 2 days same reply. On 12th they said their systems are not working, so call after 4 hours. On Saturday they said it will take some more time. Today when I called them, they said they work per day 8 hours, I have given complaint on 10th evening 4.11 pm so, on that calculation today they will call me regarding resolving the issue. But till now there is no reply. Since from 10th of this month, till now (15th – 8PM) there is no internet connection for me.

I want compensation for the strain, suffering in my office work, mental strain. Because of these people negligence in updating software, I couldn’t able to complete my official and personal works. At the same time, I have lost my internet connection days and I suffered a lot with the data card they provided.
