Hi Sir, I am using MTS MBlaze data card. I had done recharge 3990 RS on 24 of JULY 2013 Details: Transaction id: 101624716 Subscriber id recharged: 9136952754 Purchased value (MRP): 3990.00 Date: 2013-07-24 08:07 PM Due to sort of data that was getting downloaded I though that it has reached up to the maximum level that has been provided to me according to the plan with in 1 month of period,I opted to go for another plan that cost me 96 Rs /1 Gb for 24 hour .It got recharged successful but I did not get data for that I payed, whose details has been mentioned below : Details: Transaction id: 108707025 MTS Number: 9136952754 Recharge value (MRP): 96.00 Date: 2013-10-13 09:28 PM When I tried to talked with customer he said, you can not use 96 Rs/1 Gb plan on another scheme. I tried to convince him but he was neither ready to give me 1 Gb data nor returned my 96 Rs. I had word with 3 member of MTS Customer care center but none of them got convinced with my problem and did not registered complaint regarding this though I kept requesting. Please do the needful action because they have launched a means to loot the public .This 96 Rs is not kind of amount that made me poor but they are opting this kind of mechanism to rob the public . Now I am logging this complaints because your little attention will teach them that how to deal with customer .
As I have mentioned above 1000 Rs/ Hours so My work has been delayed by 12 Hours ,Rest of things will be determined by you.
