The owner(Jalaj) of the Mudita Enterprises RO servicing company has called and informed that AMC for RO servicing is pending to be renewed for the flat where we were tenants.I enquired over phone that AMC is under VPS AWANA (owner).Hence we availed the services till the time of validity of AMC.The services were done by the RO servicing team at the time when we were in the process of vacating our flat.When we have already shifted, i got a call from Jalaj stating that there is some confusion, the AMC was under some other person’s name.So, we should pay, the amount of the services done.Jalaj was misbehaving a lot.He has misbehaved,wrong choice of words and used loud language in past also.(which I have ignored)However, I would like to take serious action against him now. We have only availed services, when he confirmed that AMC is under Owner’s name, else we would not have contacted him for any service.Moreover, services were done, when we already left the flat.So , he can contact owner/new tenants but not us.We are not liable to pay anything and also he cannot use wrong language while talking.This is unacceptable.I would like to take legal action against him.
