My self rushabh shah was purchased the videocon prepared mobile card no +919067774292 from “Shivdarshan telcom” (Mr kamlesh, contact no is +919909120508)at bhuj on 14th aug’2010. And at that time i was submitted all my identity proof documents to dealer Mr. Kamlesh. After that from 28.08.2010 my out going calls was stopped by company and said to me contact customer care. i was several time contact the customer care, Videocon dealer, videocon subdealer even i also try to contact nodel officer but the representative didnt allow me to talk with him.

My outgoing service is totally closed and no any body gives the answer regarding this matter. I many time compalain it but no body take care about it.

My complaint no is 13749679 and many more also pending.

Can u do anything for it or other wise i have to go for conusmer fouram and also i am sending this email to Telicom regulatry of india.
