I have booked tickets for my Parents from India to USA on Myairticket.com website on 13th April 2015 for the travel date 13.05.2015 and they never issued the tickets to me and I have called hundreds of times to issue my tickets they said they have some technical problem and finally they did not issued the tickets. I looks they never booked my tickets and I asked for the refund and they sai it takes 15 Working days , now I am trying to send emails about my refund amount and they are not responding properly.

I have paid them 180000.00 INR and they never issued tickets and did not refunded my money back. I have booked tickets with a different airlines and it cost me 40000.00 Additional amount

I would request to refund my money along with applicable interest rate and also the excess amount i spent
