I had place an order on myflowergift.com

On 9july 2018 at Pen Raigad order no. Was. Order No.100059545 from CCAvenue bt the oder was not processed evn though i had done the payment of Rs. 1625/- and reason gven by them was service unavailable there were as it is clearly mentioned on d website available location. Nw they hav gvn me credit nite whc is nt acceptable for me as i dun rely on them again. i want my complete refund of Rs.1625/-
Please i need a complete justice and such fake sites should be liable for penalty.
