I ordered flowers for my hubby’s birthday from the website www.myflowergift.com and i selected this website instead of the other recognise website like ferns and petals and florista only becasue liked a decor of a bouquet… One orders flowers on any other thing from a website with a trust that what is shown in the picture you shall be delivered with the same or with a little (tiny) difference. While I was placing the order I was being assisted by riya on the online chat, as well as I confirmed by order on the phone on the number given on this website. I was assured that the color of flowers and the vase selected by myself with a beautiful décor shall be delivered. To my horrendous shock the color of flowers selected by me was Red and White carnations, the one delivered were Red and Yellow with no prior intimation, further the vase was not the one shown on the website and the flowers were with NO Decoration at all not even a ribbon or a Net.. Just Carnations of not my choice put in the Vase. Also when called the number 91 98867 22619, a girl name Loka spoke to me so obscenely with no manners or customer service as all. The girl started disconnecting my calls after me calling her back and also switched off the no. She has no courteous at all and has duped me with the flowers sent. I paid 1200 INR for something that was not worth even 300 INR.

When called them to inform about the mistake and the horrible flowers sent, their reply was to take it or leave it. Loka the girl whom i spoke to, started disconnecting phone and switched off the phone. They were not even sorry for the mistake conducted, further they are not even scared of Police.
