Actually i purchased 2 product with order id no. 21560894 on 15th oct 2014. In this regard i made a payment to myntra.com of Rs. 1499+1499=2098. by mistake payment is debited 2 times from my account & after this i returned a purchased product which of Rs.913. so this regard i file a return request for refund of my money of Rs. 1499 which was doubly paid & Rs. 913 of return goods. Till now almost 20 days are over, i have talk 5 times to myntra support service, i also text a mail but there is no any process of refunding my money. on call every time they said that in 3 days you get your refund, but till today i haven’t received my money. They are making in fool or i don’t know what. there customer feedback is also very poor.

so now i want my refund amount of Rs. 1498+913= 2411 as well as compensation from MYNTRA.com
