Myntra – not refunding my money

I am posting this compliant on behalf of my wife, she ordered somethings through myntra.com, mode of payment was COD. On 14th Jan 2014, when delivery person came, we made payment through SBI debit card, the delivery person swept card twice for 1157 Rs. because 1st time there was no response from gateway, but from my wife’s account money deducted twice, and has not been refunded. the customer care executives on phone told me on 13-14 Feb. refund initiated on 10th Feb, but till now we haven’t received any refund, now they are saying that they have received payment only once. On their request I have sent copy of bank statement 3 times. Please look into the matter. Find attached copy of bank statement, look for transaction on 14th Jan 2014 for Rs. 1157/=

Refund and compensation for inconvenience caused by them, and false commitments made by their customer care executives.
