I placed an online order through myntra.com. Order No. 70942498 on 5th Jan, 2015. Payment of Rs 5,186 was made through credit card. Despite several phone calls, I’ve not received the order and today is 22nd Jan. On 20th Jan,2015 I asked the Jyoti, Supervisor, to cancel the order and process my refund. She assured that money shall reflect into my account within 24 to 48 hours. But nothing as such happened. I have wasted over Rs 500/- on phone calls and there has been no calls from their end. Today(22/01/2015), namita told that she will initiate the refund and it shall take 3 business days to reflect into my account. All I’m asking is my money back! They are simply harassing me mentally and not refunding my money within time. Would request you to look into this and get back the money spend on phone calls too. It is indeed tormenting to call them 10 to 12 times and waiting on hold for 10 minutes each time.

I want my money back with Interest for 20 days and entire money water on phone calls that amounts to Rs 500/-(approx).
