I ordered SCHARF Men Tan Brown Genuine Leather Laptop Bag, pertaining to the order number 12973 2629 with Myntra. The bag was delivered wherein it didn’t have any branding sticker in the front as depicted in the image on Myntra screen. I dropped a message to them of the situation under the assumption that by mistake they sent the wrong bag or the branding might have been lost during packing. But to utmost shock Myntra didn’t admit their folly. It’s been close to am month that multiple communications have happened but they are not ready to accept their fault. It clearly shows that they are selling fake products by taking SCHARF brand name.

I have been going through the mental trauma of doing communication for redressal of the issue. It’s been a torture to see their responses & do the follow ups. I need compensation for the mental torture that they are doing to me. Also i need refund for the fake product that they delivered to me. I need compensation of 100,000 INR from them.
