Naaptol bachat bazaar- faulty car washer refund not received

Placed an order for the car washer on 31st Jan 2014. Amount paid through net banking of icici bank for amount Rs. 4398. Order no 8227469. Received the product which was faulty and registered a complaint on 6th Feb 2014, complaint no : 5703751. Was told that they will replace the product. Received the new delivery on 12th Feb and it was the same old product packaged in a new cover and it was dripping wet. I asked for a refund but they again wanted to give a replaced product. Once again I received the same faulty product with new packing. And finally by april they agreed to refund the amount and on 14th April received an sms that my refund will happen within 10 working days. It has not happened as yet.

Interest for the money I paid for the period they had with them, and even though the mental tension and frustration cannot be compensated financially, I would like a compensation of Rs50000.
